Benefits of Ginger

Ginger is a herb that is used as a spice and also for its therapeutic qualities. The underground stem (rhizome) can be used fresh, powdered, dried, or as an oil or juice. Ginger is part of the Zingiberaceae family, as are cardamom, turmeric and galangal.

10 Terrific Benefits of Ginger

1.Haven’t been feeling hungry? Eat fresh ginger just before lunch to stoke a dull appetite and fire up the digestive juices.

2.Ginger improves the absorption and assimilation of essential nutrients in the body.

3.Ginger clears the ‘microcirculatory channels’ of the body, including the pesky sinuses that tend to flare up from time to time.

4.Feeling airsick or nauseous? Chew on ginger, preferably tossed in a little honey.

5.Can’t stop the toot-a-thon? Gas—oops—guess what?! Ginger helps reduce flatulence!

6.Tummy moaning and groaning under cramps? Munch on ginger.

7.Reeling under joint pain? Ginger, with its anti-inflammatory properties—can bring relief. Float some ginger essential oil in your bath to help aching muscles and joints.

8.Just had surgery? Chewing ginger post-operation can help overcome nausea.

9.Stir up some ginger tea to get rid of throat and nose congestion. And when there’s a nip in the air, the warming benefits of this tasty tea are even greater!

10.Bedroom blues? Try adding a gingery punch to a bowl of soup.

Attention: You should not take ginger if you suffer from a bleeding disorder or take blood-thinning medications (such as warfarin or aspirin).

Magic Secret of Tea

Black Tea for Fresh Breath

Black tea helps keep your breath smelling sweet because it is full of polyphenols, powerful antioxidants that stop plaque from clinging to your teeth. Plaque build-up leads to bad breath, among other dental problems. Studies have also found polyphenols inhibit the growth of bacteria in the mouth, thus minimizing the foul-smelling compounds that those bacteria produce. Black tea also helps stop belly fat before it starts. Studies show that polysaccharides in black tea have glucose-inhibiting properties – meaning that it may also help to prevent diabetes.

White Tea for Weight Loss

White tea is less processed than other forms of tea, therefore the polyphenols, a type of antioxidant, are extra potent. White tea contains ECGC, an antioxidant that prevents new fat cells from forming and fights signs of aging, like wrinkles. Research indicates that these benefits may protect against colon cancer, among other cancers. White tea’s flavor ranges from delicate to bold.

Green tea is the healthiest beverage on the planet.

It is loaded with antioxidants and nutrients that have powerful effects on the body.

This includes improved brain function, fat loss, a lower risk of cancer and many other incredible benefits.
Green tea contains less caffeine than coffee, but enough to produce an effect. It also contains the amino acid L-theanine, which can work synergistically with caffeine to improve brain function.Green tea has been shown to boost the metabolic rate and increase fat burning in the short term

Top 10 Belly Flattening Foods

A big belly is a sign of future serious diseases, such as heart attack, or a high cholesterol level leading to brain stroke.

1.Almonds
Not only are almonds packed full of skin-boosting vitamin E and protein, but their high fibre content stops you feeling hungry. In 2007, researchers at Purdue University also reported that – despite the fact they are relatively high in calories – almonds themselves do not contribute to belly fat. Swap out your usual mid-morning snack for a handful and see if it makes a difference

2.Oats

Oats are filling, which makes it hard to believe that they can help you lose weight. But eating a portion in the morning for breakfast as part of a low-calorie diet is a great way to provide your body with slow-release, natural energy throughout the day, which keeps you feeling fuller for longer and can even lower your cholesterol.

3.Apple cider Vinegar

If you’re looking for a quick fix body detox, try adding a few capfuls of apple cider vinegar to your meals. It acts as a digestive tonic, helping to slay off harmful bacteria in the intestines, flush out toxins and relieve water retention around the stomach. Try adding some to vegetables during cooking or as a dressing over salad.

4.Ginger

Ever wondered why your sushi comes with a side of ginger? The spicy root has been used for centuries as a digestive aid, because it possesses anti-inflammatory, anti-nausea and antioxidant properties. It also contains an enzyme called zingibain, which helps digest proteins.

5. Avocado

There is a reason why guacamole exists beyond it being darn tasty! Avocado is often paired with spicy food because it soothes the digestive system after it is irritated by the heat. Avocado also contains potassium, which helps to regulate fluid balance, as well as magnesium, which prevents constipation.

6.  Salmon

Salmon, much like mackerel, is a good source of lean protein, and a rich source of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. Grill or steam with a bit of lemon and serve with asparagus for a powerful belly-flattening meal.

7.lentils

Eating a couple of portions of lentils a week could help you to flatten your tummy, because they’re a cost-effective way to pack in a lot of different stomach-strengthening nutrients at once, including fibre, complex carbohydrates and proteins.

8.Red pepper

Red peppers, like their hotter chilli cousins, are thought to have a soothing effect on digestion, while giving the metabolism a kick in the process. As a sweet vegetable packed with vitamin C, too, they can also fend off sweet cravings when they strike – the perfect weapon against belly fat.

9. Pineapple

Much like its tropical cousin, pineapple boasts a digestive enzyme that helps to ease bloating, settle your stomach, and even relieve heartburn. It’s high in natural fruit sugars, or fructose, which could stave off sweet cravings.

10. Cinnamon

A sprinkling of cinnamon could be all that’s standing in the way of you and those washboard abs. The sweet spice helps to regulate soaring blood sugar levels by stimulating insulin production. There is some evidence to suggest that cinnamon extract also makes fat cells more responsive to insulin, which means they’re much less likely to hold on to excess energy, and far more likely to burn existing fat stores instead.

WHAT IS DETOX?

So what is detoxication and why do we need to do it ?

Detox is a process to clean body from poisons.  We are collecting these in daily life from day to day, our whole lives.

So how we are collecting them, what is reason?

The reason we are eating what we like and foods we enjoy. The quantity we select and what our taste glands order us to eat.

But is it always good food or the food what our body cells need and also the right amount? Of course not always!!

The result of this, when we over eat or eat badly the poisons are entering our body. They are congregating like stones in our stomach, bowels, liver, gall bladder and kidneys. Living with us and every year getting bigger and potentially more dangerous until we start to clean them. This congregates the poisons that are affecting the body in many ways causing wrinkles, cellulite, chronic tiredness, depression, over weight and also reason of several diseases of which one unfortunately is cancer.

So what we have to do? how to protect and clean our bodies from these poisons that are killing us slowly from inside?

The answer is to eat healthy and carry out a detox programme with professional Doctor. The Reason I feel you should get professional advice for detoxication, it can also dangerous if done incorrectly.

At my clinic my clients as everyone have different body shapes habits and lifestyles. So as a specialist is this field I first discuss the goals and ideas of a healthy body. Carry our test that include allergy tests to foods. Then I begin to design an individual detox and healthy eating programme for my client.

If you want to be young, healthy and beautiful? listen to your body, eat healthy and time to time clean your body.
